Refund Policy

Full refunds are available 7 days after purchase for QuestCorp Global Inc. digital products.

 

The request must be received in writing, within 7 days (inclusive of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) from the purchase date.

 

Please note that refunds are only available for courses purchased on the Hooty website (www.hootyowl.com); any courses purchased through a third-party website will not be eligible for refunds.

 

QuestCorp Global Inc. will take every effort to complete the refund process within 30 days.
